Scientific Medical Advisory Board of the International
Charitable Fund "OMNI-Net for Children"

Provisions of the OMNI-Net Scientific Medical Advisory Board activities were approved on September 21, 2007 at the meeting of the OMNI-Net members (Rivne, Ukraine).

OMNI-Net Scientific Medical Advisory Board (SMAB) Provisions

  1. SMAB is an advisory body giving/realizing scientific, methodical and consultative support to the OMNI-Net members.
  2. The SMAB members represent medical science and practical medicine; they are not always members of the "OMNI-Net for Children" fund.
  3. The OMNI-Net Executive Committee proposes the SMAB membership and the Supervisory Board approves the membership by voting by a majority vote.
  4. SMAB discusses working questions and general directions of the OMNI-Net activities using the possibilities of the contemporary telecommunication systems when necessary.
  5. The SMAB members elect their representative who takes part in the Supervisory Board meetings without a voting right.
