Consumer Advisory Board of the International Charitable
Fund "OMNI-Net for Children"
Provisions for the Consumer Advisory Board activities were approved on September 21, 2007 during the meeting of the International Charitable Fund "OMNI-Net for Children" members (Rivne, Ukraine).
OMNI-Net Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) Provisions
- CAB is an advisory body giving consultative support to the members of "OMNI-Net for Children" fund.
- The CAB members represent non-medical scientific and state facilities as well as public organizations and parental support groups; they are not always members of the "OMNI-Net for Children" fund.
- The OMNI-Net Executive Committee proposes the CAB membership and the Supervisory Board approves the membership by voting by a majority vote.
- CAB discusses working questions and general directions of the OMNI-Net activities using the possibilities of the contemporary telecommunication systems when necessary.
- The CAB members elect their representative who takes part in the Supervisory Board meetings without a voting right.
