Dr. Yuriy Polyachenko

The OMNI net team (Lutsk) informs Dr. Polyachenko of the Spina Bifida epidemic in the region

Dr. Polyachenko was a member of the President Kuchma team when visiting Lutsk in 2001. He was Assistant Minister at the time.
