The Head of Rivne branch of the Political Organization "Women For Future", Mrs. Maria Rozhko donated 420 packs (30 pills per pack; 1 pill = 1 mg) of Folic Acid. The pills will be distributed to women at high risk of having children affected by spina bifida and related disorders. The generous donation will suffice for one year of prophylaxis. Mrs. Rozhko promised collaboration and to try to provide Folic Acid pills to reach women in other regions.

The event was shown on the Ukrainian state TV channel - UT-1 in a program with Mrs. Rozhko as a special guest. Mrs. Rozhko pointed out that she is member of the Ukrainian Alliance for the Prevention of Birth Defects and firmly supports its activities).
